Vinayak VAGHE, PMP® is the Founder and Principal Consultant of APECXTV Global Private Limited. With more than 20 years of international offshore project experience, he has established a career built on technical credibility, disciplined project management, and a consistent record of independent, professional performance in demanding offshore environments.
His career spans four industry sectors — Offshore Wind, Oil & Gas, Marine Infrastructure, and Nuclear Energy — across ten countries: Taiwan, Senegal, Mauritania, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Kazakhstan, and India. He has operated at every level of offshore project execution, from QA/QC inspection through field engineering and installation engineering to independent Offshore Client Representation and campaign leadership as Lead Installation Engineer and Deputy Offshore Construction Manager.
He has been formally approved as Offshore Client Representative by British Petroleum (BP), Borouge (ADNOC), Saudi Aramco (SAP No: 70013701), Qatar Petroleum, and NPCIL — a distinction recognised as a direct endorsement of technical credibility and professional trust by major international energy companies.
